This notice explains how FalilaX collects, uses, discloses, and protects information provided through falilax.io, including pilot inquiries and enrollment requests for the FalilaX Water Risk Alerts SMS program.
Information we collect
When you contact FalilaX or request a pilot, we may collect your name, work email, organization, and the operational challenge you describe. When you request SMS enrollment, we may collect your name, mobile number, organization, utility or service area, the date and source of consent, the consent language accepted, and related enrollment, delivery, opt-out, and support records.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential pilots or collaborations.
- Verify eligibility and administer requested water-risk notifications.
- Send incident-driven operational alerts and service-related messages to recipients who have expressly opted in.
- Honor STOP, HELP, preference, and support requests.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, maintain consent records, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations.
SMS and mobile information
FalilaX does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided only to service providers that help FalilaX deliver and support the requested messaging program, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-use restrictions, or when required by law.
Service providers
FalilaX may use hosting, security, communications, analytics, and email or messaging providers to operate its services. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for FalilaX. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and consent records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including documenting enrollment and opt-out history. FalilaX uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@falilax.io to request assistance or ask about your information.
Children
FalilaX services are intended for organizations and authorized adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the platform and deployment model evolve. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
