This website describes an early-stage technology platform. Product illustrations, simulated incidents, confidence values, exposure estimates, alerts, and interface screens demonstrate intended product behavior and are not necessarily live operational data.
No operational or emergency reliance
FalilaX website content and notifications are decision-support information. They do not replace utility operating procedures, emergency-response protocols, laboratory confirmation, regulatory requirements, public-health authority guidance, or emergency services. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate local authority.
FalilaX Water Risk Alerts — SMS terms
The FalilaX Water Risk Alerts program provides recurring automated text messages to recipients who expressly enroll and whose eligibility is confirmed. Messages may include water-quality or infrastructure risk alerts, incident updates, source-attribution context, recommended actions, escalation notices, test messages, and service-related program updates.
- Message frequency: Varies and is incident-driven. Test or service messages may also be sent.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming the request.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or email support@falilax.io.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Enrollment authority
By enrolling a mobile number, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to receive messages for the applicable utility, organization, community, or service area. You agree to notify FalilaX if the number changes or is reassigned.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery is subject to wireless-network and carrier availability and is not guaranteed. FalilaX and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Program availability, message types, and supported service areas may change.
Privacy
Use of personal and mobile information is governed by the FalilaX Privacy Notice. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false enrollment information, or use FalilaX content in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
FalilaX names, visual identity, product concepts, software, and original website content are reserved to their respective owner or owners. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the company, platform, and deployment model evolve. Material SMS program changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated to enrolled users.
